  果然12天是突破不了的。

  难得的没有噱头，并且没靠奇技淫巧，讲的都挺实在。不过跟自家文章分析基本法比起来，尽管内核都是一样，但是方法论层次不够清晰，读完印象不深刻，分类过细。优点在于DAY5快速阅读的总结整理，和DAY6长难句的例子解析。其他章节的例子可有选择参考。整体建议过完全书方法论部分，然后自行在题库中实践感受。

  书印刷很不错，有丰富的线图。 对驱逐舰这一舰种的早期发展有比较详细的介绍。缺点是， 行文有流水帐之嫌，并且有诺干史实错误。比如，在描述日的兰海战时，提到雄狮号战列巡洋舰被击沉了。当然，事实上该舰当然没有沉没，否则贝蒂早就到海底去了。

  1.走路时背部挺直，腰部用力，想象自己有翅膀 2.独处时想象有人在看着你，在外要像独处 3.说话的音量能让对方听到就可以了 4.时刻注意面部表情，嘴角翘起 5.说不满和坏话时，人是没有气质可言的 6.一次只做一件事，动作的时候要缓慢而到位，不用的手指要并拢
