  本书是分为三大部分来叙述的：见自己，见天地，见众生。由全书来看，这是作者在而立之年反躬自省后对自己、人生和众生的一次深刻的思考，看完后不禁让人掩卷长思。

    在“见自己”这部分作者对王阳明心学再一次进行解读并记录了自己去拉萨做采访等经历，从中可以完全展现出作为一个而立之年的中年人在现实生活中的心路历程。作者在前言中多次提到“假想”和“标签”对一个人认知判断的损害，这也是现代社会人的难以摆脱的问题，我们整日活在标签里，活在固有的思维方式里，丧失了对真我的追寻能力。作者极力主张用阳明心学来使人们回归内心，相信直觉，想要得到答案应立即行动。这部分我很有共鸣感，因为我一直就是个向内求的人，遵从内心行事，不依赖于别人的道理。正如作者所说，只有摆脱外来的期待和成功等的定义，才能活得洒脱，展现真实的自己，获得长久的安乐。作者已摆脱工作束缚成了自由人，成为了很多人艳羡的生活状态，这也是经过风霜后从心而出的决定，对此我们还需砥砺前行。

    第二部分主要讲了信息爆炸、技术革新时代对人们生活各个方面的影响，作者从人工智能、社交工具、网红等近几年社会上出现的现象出发，从各个方面说明这些技术产品带给人的困扰以及整个社会的病态化发展。是的，人工智能逐渐入侵我们的生活，机器人可能再过几年会替代很多行业的岗位，在中国就业困难的情况下，这无疑带给很多行业的就职人员强烈的心理焦虑。社交工具如微信、陌陌等的快速兴起，导致很多人产生自我认同焦虑，无时无刻不能离开手机，导致人与人之间的联系关心变了味道，令人心痛。网红直播平台的兴起则彻底暴露了扭曲的人性，让人喟叹不已。这也是无可奈何的，一切都是利益的驱动，最后还是需要人们自我意识到这个问题才能肃清这种媚俗的状况。

    第三部分见众生主要是讲了在国家历史发展重要时期和人在一生当中重要时期所做的决定，看完想到了红楼梦里那句凄凉的“白茫茫落了个真干净”，这部分是人在弥留之际对自我生命价值的终极探索和思考，而作者从其中体现出来的不是悲观主义，他只是用托尔斯泰、袁世凯等这些名人的晚年状况隐隐约约向读者传达出生命究竟怎么样才算活得灿烂，活得自在。人本身是为自己活的，却一直受到身边人和各种被强行赋予的道德所捆绑，总是意难平。

    人置身于现实之中，却难以触碰本质。在这个信息爆炸的时代，总会有作者和像作者一样的人冷眼旁观，在喧闹杂乱的生活里冷静地思考，让容易受到诱惑的人静下心来。读罢此书，就像进行了一次心灵修行之旅，而旅途的终点没有山，没有水，只有自己。
