产后最初6周不应该考虑身材问题,尤其对哺乳的妈妈而言。这个时候是恢复期,最重要的是摄入足够的营养,保持精力并抵抗疾病。坚持健康的产后食谱可以帮助你缓慢、稳定地减去多余的体重。如果6周后你的体重并未降低,可以适当减少热量摄人。如果你正在哺乳,不要减得太多,每天摄人热量过少会减少母乳产量。脂防消耗太快会释放毒素进入血液,使你停止分泌乳汁。如果你不是母乳养,分娩6周后可以开始理智、均每地减肥。


如果你整天都没有感觉到胎动,晩上可以喝一杯牛奶、一杯橙汁或吃其他零食后躺下1~2小时——保持不动加上食物的刺激,或许可以让宝宝活动起来。如果这也不奏效,不要担心,几小时后再试一次。很多准妈妈在这个阶段都会一两天,甚至三四天感觉不到胎动。如果还是担心,给医生打个电话确认一下。

第28周以后,胎动更加频繁能会持续时间更长,妈妈最好养成每天检宝查宝宝活动的习惯。(参见第310页)


从第28周起,每天数两次胎动非常明智——一次在早上,胎动一般少一点;另一次在晚上胎动较多的时候。一般来说,10次胎动会在10分钟左右——有时会稍长一些。


如果你的BMI值处于正常范围(18. 5-26),医生对你的增重建议大概会在11~16千克(适用于标准身材女性的推荐值)。如果怀孕前你就超重(BMI值为26-29),增重标准就会相应降低一大概在7~11千克。如果怀孕前体型肥胖(BMI值大于29),那你在孕期最多只能增重7~9千克,甚至更少。那么,偏瘦的女性呢(BM值低于18。5)?很可能你的目标增重值会高于平均值12-18千克不等。


热量。理论上说,孕妇每天需要吃两个人的东西。但是,需要记住很重要的一点:这两个人中有一个是正在发育的小宝宝,他需要的热量明显少于妈妈一一大约每天只需300卡所以,如果你是标准体重,那么只需要300卡的额外热量相当于两杯脱脂牛奶和一碗燕麦片。孕期这部分的营养需求非常容易满足,甚至超出更重要的是,在孕期前3个月,除非体重过轻,否则不需要任何额外的热量(这个阶段,肚子里的宝宝才发育到豌豆那么大)。随着孕期第4-6个月时新陈代谢加快,你可以将额外摄人的目标热量定在300~350卡。孕晚期宝宝会越来越大,你可能需要更多的热量,大约每天500卡。

    What to expect when you are expecting

    A book equips me with systematic knowledge about pregnancy. It prepares moms for different stages of pregnancy. Because of the book, I remain informed and positive most of the time because I am aware what might be ahead. Rest assured, I eat healthily (of course, occasionally giving myself a treat is not guilty) and exercise regularly. The book is also southing in a way that the writer does not deprive mothers of other identities. It is not like many other books which are openly against a lot of pleasures for moms, authoritatively claiming you cannot do this nor that. This book recognizes mothers' needs and lays out some acceptable options. Meanwhile, it offers tips for dads to be engaged and make their wives feel better. I feel so sick when some pregnancy books only ask women to make sacrifices and exclude fathers from the scenarios completely.

    这本书真的很厚,以为在宝贝出生之前阅读不完,结果从头到尾读完了,这是一本非常好的科普书。

    这是具有临床经验的医生写的书,国内类似的书籍,一半的内容会是菜谱,这本书讲的内容非常多,让人相信医生,也相信肚中的宝宝。

    从怀孕开始阅读,书中内容面面俱到,不得不说外国人的思维比中国人开放,会涉及到能不能染发、纹身、喝咖啡…等在国内会一致反对的事情,但是作者会用临床证据来作证,不会直接拍死。

    所以,孕期偷喝几杯咖啡,没有多余的负罪感,吃了一些辣椒,也没觉得辣到宝贝。

    作者都是非常理解体贴女性,总是积极正面引导女性,像孕期的健康医生,让人心情轻松。

    当然,这本书讲了很多其他方面的情况,像孕期不健康的疾病,甚至妊娠失败怎么应对,读起来并不轻松,但因为我是强迫症,一本书不读完就很难受,所以全部读完了。

    离宝宝的预产期还有2天(39+5天了,但是中午找医生又确认一下,说现在是38+3天,没办法只能静静的等待),关于育儿,关于教育,有太多的知识需要学习,要尽可能给孩子良好的教育。
