  力量训练的经典。当然作者写作目的不是针对力量举这项运动，但是如果这本书没有熟读5、6遍，没有领会其中生物动力学的要诣，力量举动作也很难进行。而且这本应该是第一本从力学的角度来看待力量训练的教程。所以这绝对是力量训练的圣经，有困惑就去翻一下。
