  It's interesting how we encounter a book. I came across this book after I got obssessed with Winnie the Pooh. I'm glad I read A.A. Milne's work as an adult. And it's fun to reread the stories from the hundred acre wood in The Tao of Pooh after I finished the collections of the Pooh stories. The childish pleasure revealed in the Pooh stories will not be as impressive if I read it as a child. It's something so natural yet overlooked with years of growing up. Hoffman's book helps us rediscover the charm of Winnie-the-Pooh, so we can appreciate what each of us is given and live a life free and happy. This is a book of self-discovery, of inner reflection, of honesty, of true confidence, and of real freedom. Power is not held by the powerful, but by the one who knows oneself. Our brain's activity can tell us whether we are alive, yet our heart can tell us whether we are truly living. If we know who we are and if know where to find "hunny" in our life, we will be happy and today is the best day of our life.
